How has TUNDI’s Mission impacted you as an artist and/or human?

Being a part of TUNDI Productions has allowed me space to truly own my craft. As a young, emerging artist, I’ve been given the freedom to develop my own character and musical ideas which is an extremely rare opportunity. TUNDI provides a unique space where both seasoned Wagnerian singers and newcomers can explore in tandem, and I’m grateful to be part of such a collaborative and creatively charged environment. As a classical artist, I’m accustomed to being confined by tradition and rules, so it’s incredibly refreshing to be in a place where we can discover something new and original. Now, entering my third year as a TUNDI artist I am extremely excited to be contributing to their first full ring cycle. It’s powerful to witness how our art remains fresh, current, and authentic when artists are uniquely encouraged to share our ideas and take our characters on the journey we feel they need to take. - Olivia, Feb 2025
